The Sutton Youth Service is commited to enabling all young people to access the Duke of Edingburgh's Award scheme. If financial concerns over the costs of the Award concern you please contact us so that we can advise of what assistance is available.
These forms need to be completed by parent/carers for ALL participants of the Sutton Duke of Edinburgh's Award (schools & SOAC):
